The service provided by them started after a phone call by asking g for a quote. This was completed within 24 hours by Bryan, this was accepted by me and a date was agreed for the work to be carried out. An email showing the quote was sent to me that evening. The entire job was to be done at my home.
SMS messages were sent prior to the date reminding me of the service date. Aiden, the young man who was doing the work, arrived on time on the date agreed. He completed the job on time, and when I examined the finished job, I was literally blown away by the quality of the paint work he had completed. The colour match was perfect, no over spray was evident and every bit of previous damage was gone. A truly remarkable job performed by an obviously very talented young man.
I was able to pay by credit card, and the entire procedure was absolutely seamless in every respect.
I cannot recommend Car Clinic highly enough, and will be recommending them to friends and family. I had previosly used a another organisation for minor paint repairs and was less than impressed with their work.
Car Clinic are not cheap, but you get more than what you pay for!
